We’ll send you an Invoice & Booking Form to review after the details of your purchase have been determined and availability has been confirmed. A $50 non-refundable booking fee will then be charged to secure the date and time of your event. Large Events/Corporate MUST pay in full 7 business days before the booked event.

We reserve the right to postpone services in case of unforseen events like extreme bad weather conditions, terrorist acts, natural disasters, or other situations beyond our control. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate confirmed services on the earliest date possible following the original date.

The number of balloons that can be twisted per hour really depends on the complexity of the shapes being requested. Many balloon twisters can do 10-15 custom shapes per hour or about 25 per hour for simpler, pre-approved shapes. If you’re planning a large event, you may want to book more than one balloon twister to ensure everyone gets a balloon.

Yes, we always prioritize the safety of the children, and that includes the products we use in the party. The face paint is 100% kid-safe and can be quickly rinsed with soap and warm water.
We book up sometimes months in advance, although last-minute gatherings may be possible. To guarantee that activities and supplies are available, a final count of the number of children and crafts should be submitted one week before the party.
Gratuity is not included. But it would be much appreciated by our talented staff members who work tirelessly to ensure your guests have a wonderful and enjoyable day!

Almost all face paints available on the market are safe for all ages, but we recommend face painting for children 3 years old and over.

Although the performance is best suited for children ages 3 to 12, we have performed countless parties for children aged 1 to 12, and all ages are always entertained.
